The demand for Microsoft solutions is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the need for businesses to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Therefore, we are expanding our legal department and are looking for an active specialist to fill the Junior Lawyer position.

Our in-house legal department is not big but growing, so you’ll have the opportunity to take an active part in its development, in building processes, and come up with ideas and suggestions.

We expect:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. It will be an advantage if you’ve got experience in IT.
• Language skills: English – Intermediate or higher with ability to work with documents and information in English. Fluent and competent knowledge of Ukrainian.
• Education: complete higher legal education or final years of study (Master’s degree).
• Professional knowledge: knowledge of the basics of civil, commercial, contract law and legislation. Will be an advantage: basic knowledge of intellectual property law in general and copyright law in particular.
• Personal qualities: analytical thinking, attention to detail, punctuality, sociability, openness to new knowledge.
• Career plans: desire to build an in-house career in a legal department of a non-law firm.

Your key tasks at the beginning:

• Preparing contracts with clients, partners and other counterparties (Ukrainian and foreign).
• Ensuring contractual document flow.
• Analysing legislation and preparing legal opinions on the company’s activities.
• Assisting colleagues from HR and accounting departments with legal issues.
• Execution of orders of the company’s general counsel.
• Later on, participation in supporting other company activities, in particular, in the field of intellectual property.

• Hybrid format: 2 days – remotely, 3 days – In our Kyiv office (3 Sholudenko St., BC Kubik).
