We have been providing high quality services for 23 years, and during this time our team has implemented over 500 projects in Ukraine and 16+ countries, including for such companies and organizations as Ciklum, Deloitte, Datagroup, OKKO, KERNEL, Metinvest, Nova Poshta, the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC), SOS Children’s Villages and many other great customers.

The demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Therefore, we are currently expanding our Marketing Team and inviting  a beginning marketer for a position of Junior Marketing Specialist!

We don’t expect you to have any work experience, but what is important is your strong academic knowledge in marketing and PR (university/courses) + your desire to become a professional marketer, and we will definitely help you with this!

What our marketing colleagues do: fill the company’s website, manage social media, ensure participation in events, organize webinars, support internal communications, and much more!

And what are the primary tasks you will be assigned to?

With the support of experienced colleagues, you will:

• Maintain marketing plans, monitor their relevance, record statuses.
• Maintain a media database, track publications, and maintain a database of links.
• Search for information to prepare marketing texts, monitor Microsoft news.
• Participate in business events – both online and offline, represent the company, communicate with event participants.
• Participate in organizing online and offline events held by Innoware.
• Monitor trends, innovations, opportunities of social media and services, starting with LinkedIn and Google My Business.
• Participate in organising internal PR.

You will also:

• Actively interact with Sales, Projects, and HR teams to create content.
• Monitor market trends, maintain your own awareness, and learn about the solutions and services offered by Innoware.
• Continuously learn and develop in marketing and PR.

And in the future, you will receive more complex tasks depending on your talents in content management, SMM, PR.

Our expectations of your knowledge and skills:

• You are a master’s degree student or have already completed a degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism, Economics or IT.
• You have strong basic knowledge of marketing and PR, gained at university and/or in courses.
• You have high academic performance at university, strong analytical and logical skills.
• Digital tools: you are a confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel; you know how to create basic visual content in one or more graphic editors.
• Language skills: your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher, and you are fluent in Ukrainian.

Soft skills: we are looking for a person who is responsible, sociable, active and open to new knowledge. And, of course, with a desire to develop in marketing!

Working conditions:

• Mostly remote work, with occasional meetings in the office (~1 time per week) and at business events – mostly in Kyiv, sometimes across Ukraine and abroad.
• Standard working hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00). By the way, we stand for work-life balance!
