Thus, currently we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates for a position of <strong>Consultant for <\/strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/innoware.com\/microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC\/NAV)<\/strong><\/a><\/span><strong>.<\/strong><\/p><p>You <strong>may have different experience and grade \u2013 Junior, Middle or Senior<\/strong>. But most important is your desire to deepen your knowledge in D365 BC, and we will definitely help you with this!<\/p><p>We offer <strong>full-time or part-time cooperation<\/strong> starting from 20 hours per week, depending on your availability.<\/p><p><strong>Your key goals at this position:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Participating in projects ofD365 Business Central implementation and support for Ukrainian and foreign customers.<\/li><li>Training, development and strengthening your competences, study of the Innoware project methodology, passing Microsoft international certification.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Key tasks:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Communicating with clients, describing and analysing business processes in order to transfer them to the system.<\/li><li>Configuring and setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI.<\/li><li>Creating project documentation, agreeing it with the client.<\/li><li>Estimating time needed to complete tasks.<\/li><li>Preparing technical tasks for the development team, communicating with them to implement modifications in the system.<\/li><li>Performing acceptance testing \u2013 ensuring the provided functionality satisfies customer needs and requirements.<\/li><li>Customer support during acceptance testing and deployment of new functions, Go-Live support.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Additionally, in the future (or now if you\u2019ve got such experience):<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Mentoring less experienced specialists.<\/li><li>Providing support during data migration.<\/li><li>Integrating Business Central with other systems \/ applications.<\/li><li>Ensuring quality control of tasks at various project stages.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>1+ years of experience in implementation of D365 Business Central \/ Dynamics NAV as a Functional Consultant \/ Analyst. If you\u2019ve got experience participating in implementation projects as a System Architect and\/or Project Manager (BC\/NAV or other ERP or CRM systems), we\u2019ll suggest you the correspondent role in Innoware as well.<\/li><li>Understanding of all stages of ERP system implementation project.<\/li><li>Deep knowledge of D365 BC\/NAV standard functionality.<\/li><li>Understanding business processes \u2013 finance and\/or logistics \/ trade \/ production, etc. Willingness to learn new topics.<\/li><li>Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, fluency in Ukrainian.<\/li><li>Nice to have: Microsoft certification; experience in configuring Power BI.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Soft skills:<\/strong> systematicity, teamwork, strong communication skills, focus on results and high quality of work, development of your competences.<\/p><p><strong>For our part, we offer you:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Dynamic work, diverse tasks.
